How do I check the status of my order?
You'll receive two emails; your confirmation email once you've placed your order and your tracking email once we've processed and packed your order. If you have not received your tracking email, your order has not been shipped yet. If it's been past the 4 week processing time, and you have not received your tracking email, please email us at email@example.com for an update.
How fast is the shipping and fulfillment?
As each item is hand woven, we offer free shipping on all orders. You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped - please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Are there any shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States. As of now, we have a flat rate shipping fee of $10 USD to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
I don't live in the US. Do you ship internationally?
Macrame House only ships to the United States at this time. Please sign up for our mailing list to be notified once we transition to shipping internationally.
What if my order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all lost in mail claims must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
We recommend checking with your local post office to locate the lost order first. If it's confirmed that the shipping address was correct and lost in transit, we will happily ship you a new order. However, please keep in mind, if the tracking information states your order was delivered we will NOT be able to take responsibility and reship that order.
Why is my order showing it's been returned to sender?!
If the tracking information was correctly delivered to you but it was unclaimed, shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us.
